Melt blown pp is the raw material for melt blown cloth. For melt blown pp, it needs to meet the following requirements with high melt index.

　　Melt blown pp shall be greater than 400g / min, leaving narrow relative molecular weight distribution and low ash content. Due to the low melt index and high melt viscosity of melt blown raw materials, the extruder needs to provide large pressure to smoothly extrude them out of the spinneret hole, which requires greater energy consumption and makes the melt blown equipment bear more pressure. Moreover, the melt can not be fully drawn and refined after being extruded out of the spinneret hole and can not form ultra-fine fibers. Therefore, only melt blown pp with high melt index can meet the requirements of melt blown process, produce qualified superfine fiber melt blown cloth and reduce energy consumption.
